You no longer need to travel far for warm, heartfelt Greek hospitality. Led by award-winning Chef Michael Mina and Las Vegas’ dynamic duo, Girair “Jerry” Goumroian and Chef Nikolaos Georgousis, Estiatorio Ornos is a neighborhood restaurant offering the finest Greek delicacies that will transport your tastebuds to the Mediterranean.
The menu includes pristine family-style dishes highlighting seafood, meats and vegetables, as well as three-course lunch menus, daily specials, and a wood fire grill. Guests can enjoy a raw bar displaying oysters, calamari, octopus and a wide selection of fresh fish (fun fact: the restaurant is home to South Florida’s first fish sommelier!). By land, Estiatorio Ornos offers several traditional items, such as lamb souvlaki, lemon chicken, wild mushroom moussaka, spanakopita and classic spreads like tzatziki, hummus and tirokafteri (spicy cheese). Don’t forget the baklava!

With a menu that blends both traditional Peruvian staples and unique twists on the cuisine, Chef Juan Chipoco’s CVI.CHE 105 has maintained a cult following, with many flocking to it to try Peruvian food for the first time. Traditional menu favorites include the award-winning ‘Ceviche Ganador,’ which is made with fresh fish and selected seafood, Arequipan onions, cilantro, sweet potato, cancha and steamed corn – then topped with a smoked red pepper sauce and touches of limo and rocoto pepper.
Other menu items include refreshing cocktails, sushi rolls infused with Peruvian flavor, and Arroz Chaufa—Peru’s take on Chinese fried rice.
Chef Chipoco’s favorite dish on the menu, however, is aptly named ‘Mi Favorito.’ It consists of linguini with basil, spinach and fresh Peruvian parla cheese sauce. A succulent, grilled churrasco steak completes the dish.
CVI.CHE 105 at Aventura Mall is located in the Outdoor Courtyard.
Elevated and indulgent, Aubi & Ramsa’s flavors are as scrumptious as the 21+ Ice Cream Distillery is sleek. Grab a seat at the modern industrial bar and take your pick from a range of seasonal flavors and Miami staples, including Agave Dulce de Leche, made with Milagro Reposado Tequila; Japanese Pearl Drop Champagne Sorbet, made with Veuve Clicquot, SOTO Sake and Chambord; and The Dirty Mojito, made with Zacapa 23 (and mint sprinkles!)
If you’re more of a cozy chocolate or coffee type, opt for The White Russian, a velvety coffee liquor ice cream with Beluga and St. George Nola; The Jack & Chocolate (the flavors are in the name!) or The Chocolate and Amaretto. Close your eyes, take that first bite, and allow yourself to melt into the deliciousness.
Aubi & Ramsa is located on the Lower Level.
