Discover What’s New at Eataly This Holiday Season

Eataly Food

The holidays have arrived at Eataly, bringing with them the aromas, flavors, and traditions that make the season so irresistible. From rich truffle-infused pastas to decadent gelato creations and festive aperitivo offerings, every corner of the marketplace and restaurant is infused with Italian holiday spirit. Whether you’re gathering around the table, searching for the perfect gourmet gift, or simply savoring la dolce vita, Eataly invites you to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year—one authentic bite at a time.

This season, Eataly introduces an enticing lineup of new dishes, market delights, and exclusive dining experiences that capture the essence of Italian craftsmanship and conviviality. Every offering is designed to elevate the art of holiday dining. Here’s what’s new across Eataly’s vibrant culinary world this winter.

Seasonal Indulgence

At Eataly’s beloved pasta restaurant, Il Pastaio, the season ushers in new flavors that celebrate Italy’s winter bounty. The showstopping Tortelli Ali Funghi—handmade mushroom-filled pasta in a Manila clam sauce with lemon zest and parsley crumble—offers a rich, earthy balance between land and sea. Each bite captures the depth of wild mushrooms, the brightness of citrus, and the whisper of ocean salinity, creating a dish that feels both luxurious and comforting.

Adding to the allure, Il Pastaio and La Pizza & La Pasta continue their focus on truffles, an ingredient synonymous with winter indulgence, sourced from Urbani Truffles, the world’s most esteemed truffle distributor. Founded in the 1850s and guided by six generations of family tradition, Urbani partners with expert truffle hunters who preserve time-honored techniques to deliver the rarest treasures of the Italian countryside.

At La Pizza & La Pasta, the spotlight turns to Toscana, with new dishes that pay homage to the region’s rustic elegance. The La Finocchiona Pizza layers smoked mozzarella, sautéed mushrooms, and Finocchiona salami, a Tuscan specialty infused with wild fennel seeds, finished with truffled Cacciotti cheese and olive oil. It’s a perfect marriage of earthy, smoky, and aromatic notes.

The menu expands with two comforting new lasagnas: Lasagna al Funghi, a housemade pasta with mushroom ragu, béchamel, Grana Padano fonduta, and crispy artichoke; and Lasagna Zucca e Salsiccia, a rich combination of roasted squash and pork sausage, layered with creamy béchamel and aged Grana Padano DOP.

Those seeking something truly decadent can explore premium pastas like the Tagliolini Al Tartufo Bianco, prepared tableside with fresh Urbani white truffle, or the Linguina All’ Astice, a seafood-lover’s dream featuring lobster, cherry tomatoes, and fragrant basil.

And for the perfect sweet finish? The Gelato Al Pistacchio Salato e Caramello, made in-house with toasted pistachios, creamy milk, and flaky sea salt, offers a luxurious harmony of flavor and texture.

A Feast to Remember

Eataly’s tables are made for gathering—and this Thanksgiving, guests can enjoy two special experiences of a $55 Prix-Fixe Thanksgiving Menu, featuring a curated selection of Italian-inspired holiday dishes. The Grande Cena, a private, pre-paid dining experience for groups of six or more, bookable up to 48 hours in advance, is perfect for an intimate holiday celebration with friends and family.

For an elevated twist on the traditional feast, Eataly’s Seafood Boat experience celebrates the ocean’s finest offerings. Available Friday through Sunday from noon to 6 p.m., the spread includes oysters, shrimp cocktail, crudo selections, lobster tails, stone crab claws, and caviar enhancements—crafted for dine-in indulgence only.

Meanwhile, at Pizza Alla Pala, a new farcita sandwich, Farcita con Finocchiona, spotlights the traditional Tuscan salame seasoned with wild fennel seeds, an ideal bite for a festive lunch break or holiday shopping day.

For the holidays, Eataly is celebrating with the affogato—gelato “drowned” in espresso—and new creations inspired by Italian cities: Affogato Torino and Affogato Napoli. And when it’s time to warm up, the Lavazza Cioccolata Calda, a traditional dense Italian hot chocolate, returns, now joined by the cozy new Cioccolata Calda Rum (zero-proof) and Panna e Caramello variations.
