We are dedicated to creating an enjoyable, comfortable, and safe environment for all our guests, merchants, and employees. To ensure that everyone has a positive experience, we ask that all guests follow our Code of Conduct. This guide outlines the standards of behavior expected while on property. It is designed to promote safety, respect, and a pleasant atmosphere for all in our community. Thank you for helping us make Aventura Mall a place where everyone feels welcome.

Code of Conduct
Aventura Mall, including its parking areas, is private property. To ensure every guest’s experience is comfortable and pleasant, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following rules:
- Disruptive and/or destructive behavior is prohibited.
- Pets other than leashed dogs and service animals are not allowed. All dog owners must comply with the Dog Code of Conduct which can be found HERE.
- Weapons of any nature are not allowed.
- No loitering, soliciting, distributing handbills, leaflets or samples is allowed.
- No videotaping or photography of unauthorized areas or for commercial purposes is allowed.
- Smoking or vaping inside the mall or within 25 feet of the entrance or restaurant patios is NOT ALLOWED.
- Possession of open alcoholic beverages is prohibited except in designated areas.
- Appropriate clothing and footwear is required.
- No illegal and/or unlawful behavior.
Children under the age of I7 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when school is in session, Monday through Friday before 3:00 p.m. unless going to or coming from employment within Aventura Mall or a national holiday. Management reserves the right in its sole discretion to disperse or eject individuals or groups deemed disruptive, dangerous or in violation of the code of conduct.
A parental escort policy is in effect every Friday and Saturday evening from 9:30 p.m. until closing. All youth under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 21 years or older. Valid identification with a photograph and date of birth may be requested.
Aventura Mall appreciates your cooperation in abiding by these rules. Those who refuse to comply may find their invitation revoked, may be removed from the mall, and subject to arrest for trespass (FL State Statute 810.09).
