With the exception of valet service, all parking at Aventura Mall is free. Parking is available throughout the property including surface parking areas and parking garages located near Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s and JCPenney.
The mall has six convenient elevators, located near Nordstrom, near Aventura Mall Concierge, Center Court, near Macy’s, near Bloomingdale’s and the Outdoor Courtyard.

The Aventura Slide Tower is located in our Outdoor Courtyard, next to Apple.
The Aventura Slide Tower is open Friday through Sunday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will be closing April 28 for the season.
The height requirement to ride the Aventura Slide Tower is 50”.

Aventura Mall has an array of amenities tailored for children including Rainbow Valley Playground, an artist-designed interactive playground located on the Lower Level.
The Rainbow Valley Playground is South Florida’s first indoor children’s playground designed by contemporary artists. Created by Miami-based artists Sam Borkson and Arturo Sandoval III, who are known collectively as Friends With You. Another interactive art installation, Gorillas in the Mist, is located under a canopy of trees in our Outdoor Courtyard, providing a perfect environment for children to play in within this pop fountain. Children will also enjoy exciting games at Arcade Zone, rooftop games just outside of Treats Food Hall, AMC Theaters to catch the latest movies, and we offer strollers to rent for added convenience during your visit.
