Autumn flavors have made their way to Aventura Mall and The Abbey. While Miami may trade falling leaves and crisp afternoons for sunshine, the season still makes its presence known through warm spices, toasted hazelnut, earthy mushrooms, decadent pastries, and the return of pumpkin spice. 

From seasonal coffee creations and limited-edition pastries to truffle-laced pastas, seafood specialties, and decadent desserts, autumn flavors are making their way onto menus throughout the destination. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick treat or settling in for a leisurely meal, there’s no shortage of ways to savor the season. 

Fall Sips, Sweets, and Café Favorites

The season starts on a sweeter note at Ralph’s Coffee, where the café’s signature hunter-green palette and polished brass feel particularly suited to fall. The raspberry hazelnut latte brings a nutty sweetness to the menu, offering a decidedly different take on autumn flavors. Ralph’s Coffee is located on the Lower Level.  
 
Nearby, Ladurée leans into October’s darker side with its limited-edition Halloween Gift Box, holding twelve of the maison’s signature macarons. A black cat appears beneath a glowing moon on the box, which illuminates at the flip of a switch. Equal parts confection and keepsake, it feels destined for a candlelit gathering, an unforgettable hostess gift, or a decadent treat kept entirely for oneself. For a more quintessential taste of the season, hazelnut macarons offer another reason to linger at the Parisian maison. Ladurée is located on the Lower Level.  
 
At Naughty Coffee, served from the windows of its unmistakable vintage Volkswagen van, fall takes a cozy turn with the café’s Spanish, Mexican mocha, golden, and salted caramel lattes. Naughty Coffee is located on the Lower Level, adjacent to Center Court.  

And at Yann Couvreur, cinnamon rolls channel one of the season’s most familiar aromas into the French pastry chef’s elevated approach to everyday indulgence. For those who prefer fall in its most classic form, Starbucks marks the return of pumpkin spice season with its Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin. Yann Couvreur is located near Center Court, while Starbucks is located inside Macy’s.

At The Salty, fall flavors take center stage with seasonal sips and sweets. The Brown Butter Pumpkin Spice Latte combines espresso or matcha with pumpkin spice cold foam, warming cinnamon, and hints of brown butter, while the Pumpkin Butter Cheesecake Donut layers pillowy brioche with cream cheese frosting and housemade pumpkin butter. For another indulgent treat, the Tiramisu Donut delivers a cloud of whipped mascarpone cream in every bite. 

For a fresh take on fall, Pura Vida pairs wholesome favorites, from vibrant salads to all-day café staples, with seasonal sips like the Iced Pumpkin Spice Cloud. Bold double espresso, sweet vanilla, and your choice of milk are topped with a fluffy pumpkin cream finish, delivering comforting autumn spices in a refreshingly light pick-me-up. 

At Sweetgreen, fall arrives through thoughtfully layered seasonal ingredients and vibrant flavors. The Autumn Harvest Bowl pairs blackened chicken with maple-glazed Brussels sprouts, roasted sweet potatoes, apples, goat cheese, roasted almonds, wild rice, and kale tossed in balsamic vinaigrette. Equally comforting, the Maple Glazed Salmon Plate features miso-glazed salmon served alongside maple-glazed Brussels sprouts, roasted sweet potatoes, napa cabbage slaw, umami rice, and garlic aioli. Together, these limited-time dishes offer a wholesome take on autumn dining at The Abbey. 

Meanwhile, Salt & Straw embraces the spirit of the season with a menu that balances nostalgic fall flavors and Halloween-inspired creativity. Limited-time scoops include Jack O’Lantern Pumpkin Bread with pumpkin-spiced ice cream, chunks of pumpkin bread, and cream cheese frosting, alongside the indulgent Great Candycopia, which folds favorite candy bars into salted butterscotch ice cream. For a more unexpected treat, Don Bugito’s Creepy Crawly Critters combines matcha ice cream with chocolate-covered crickets and toffee brittle mealworms, while Witch’s Brew Fruit Punch Sherbet delivers a colorful blend of fruit punch, candy flakes, and sour apple notes. Rounding out the lineup are seasonal classics like Apple Cider Donuts, Hoppy Apple Cider Sorbet, and Cinnamon Snickerdoodle, making Salt & Straw a must-stop destination for fall dessert lovers. 

Fall Dining: Truffles, Pasta, and More 

Fall continues at Aventura Mall’s dining destinations, where richer ingredients and seasonal menus move to the table. At Eataly, white truffles shaved tableside over house-made egg pasta evoke one of Italy’s most anticipated culinary traditions of the season. 

Eataly’s prix fixe fall menu, available through October 25 and starting at $29, includes offerings like the rustic bread with whipped ricotta, roasted butternut squash, and black truffle honey, house-made tagliatelle alla Bolognese, and mushroom ragù pizza. For something sweeter, warm up with Eataly’s new hot chocolate flavors, including Gianduja, Pistachio, and Caramello. Find Eataly on the Third Level near Nordstrom and indulge in a cozy seasonal treat.

This Thanksgiving, The Amalfi Llama invites guests to gather over a festive prix fixe menu ($85 per person) showcasing elevated holiday flavors. The seasonal spread features rich lobster bisque, tender crab cake, and truffle tagliatelle before a succulent Maine lobster tail takes center stage. For dessert, Bourbon pecan pie provides a warm and comforting finish to an elegant holiday meal at The Abbey. Complement the celebration with The Snowbird, a seasonal cocktail available November 19 through January 3 that blends Buffalo Trace Bourbon, cranberry pie syrup, allspice dram, Disaronno Amaretto, rosemary, and lemon for a festive sip inspired by the flavors of the holidays. 

At North Italia, favorite Italian classics are getting a seasonal refresh. The restaurant’s fall menu showcases freshly made dishes inspired by beloved traditions and the season’s best ingredients, bringing comforting flavors and handcrafted pasta to the table with a distinctly autumnal twist.
