Editors at Miami New Times and Eater Miami crowned Motek, a Mediterranean restaurant, as the best restaurant in Aventura. Motek is a cultural retreat. The family-owned business offers a delicious all-day brunch, as well as dinner, baked sweets, and coffee — all of which are delicious.
Some menu staples include savory chicken shawarma, kale falafels, kufta kebabs, lahmujan chips, and a tasty lineup of burgers. Motek also serves scrumptious sharable starters like fried halloumi, cauliflower tabouleh, hummus, and roasted babaganoush.
Do yourself a favor and save room for dessert! From challah bread pudding to Turkish baklava, the selection of sweets is worth every bite.
Motek is located in the Outdoor Courtyard.

One more reason to love Motek: all-day brunch. It’s no surprise the restaurant landed the Readers’ Choice award for “Best Breakfast” in Aventura.
For those with an appetite, the Israeli Breakfast is a smorgasbord of flavors. The dish features eggs, Israeli salad, labneh, babaganoush, tahini, feta, and Jerusalem bread. Israeli and Middle Eastern pastries like Yemenite pancakes and bourekas are also popular treats for a morning bite or those with a sweet tooth.
Breakfast traditionalists will love the Jerusalem lox and bagel combo or Motek’s fresh take on the avocado toast. Either way, you can’t go wrong.

No stranger to sushi aficionados, Chef Jose Mendin’s Pubbelly is always a hot spot for mouthwatering rolls, eclectic cocktails and creative dishes offering a fusion of Japanese and Latin cuisine. The menu consists of snacks to share, sashimi, rolls, items from the grill, and bao. Whatever you do, don’t skip the iconic and Instagrammable butter krab roll, which is served with warm clarified butter for dipping. Eater Miami also recommends the tuna pizza with garlic aioli and truffle oil, as well as the salmon robata.

This popular restaurant by Chef Juan Chipoco offers some of the most sought-after Peruvian cuisine in town. Start by sipping a Pisco Sour – a quintessentially Peruvian cocktail – which is offered in multiple variates including the Inferno mixed with Ancho verde, mango, cilantro, lime juice and smoky spray. Then, dig into Eater Miami’s favorite dishes such as the lomo saltado (beef stir fry), aji de gallina (Peruvian curry), sopa parihuela (spicy seafood soup) and more.

For a quick-service meal that’s absolutely packed with flavor and spice, don’t skip out on Jrk! located in Treats Food Hall. The Jamaican eatery is beloved for its build-your-own-bowl with bases including rice and peas or jerk fried rice, piled high with toppings like jerk chicken, pepper steak, cabbage slaw, and pineapple mango salsa. There are six varieties of sauces to choose from, along with imported beverages such as DG Pineapple Kola and Mexican Coca-Cola. Take it from Eater: “The 305 Rum Cake, offered in chocolate or pineapple iterations, is not to be missed.”
