GANNI girls, are you ready? The Danish affordable luxury brand has opened the doors to another Miami store, marking the brand’s second retail outpost in the Sunshine State and their further expansion into North America.
“There’s such a special energy in Miami that just fits with GANNI: the colors, the sun, the outdoor life,” said GANNI’s Creative Director Ditte Reffstrup. “I’m super excited that we were able to open a store in Aventura Mall.”
Designed to create a welcoming homely vibe, the new store takes inspiration from the family home of GANNI founders, husband-and-wife duo Ditte and Nicolaj Reffstrup. Every piece is carefully considered, with an eclectic mix of retro vases from GANNI’s hometown and vintage furniture by Denmark’s most celebrated mid-century modernist designers such as Kaare Klint.
As with all GANNI stores, there is a large focus on responsibility. From the recycled plastic waste podiums and interior trays made from pressed old fabrics to upcycled Artek stools and made from repurposed GANNI fabrics, every effort has been made to create a beautiful and responsibly designed space.
