Chocolate Hazelnut
A crunchy hazelnut chocolate base, layered with hazelnut sponge cake, hazelnut cream, and a flowing caramel center, all delicately coated in a 62% Macaé chocolate Chantilly and finished with a 40% Jivara chocolate and hazelnut glaze.
Ispahan
A crunchy base infused with rose and raspberry, topped with a spoonful biscuit soaked in lychee juice, all delicately coated in pink mascarpone Chantilly and finished with a white chocolate, almond, and dried rose petal icing.
Mango Yuzu
