AVENTURA, FLA. – July 1, 2022 – Aventura Mall offers a variety of full-service and chef-led restaurants in and around its outdoor courtyard, which features lush, tropical landscaping, the whimsical Gorillas in the Mist fountain, 93-foot-tall, landmark Aventura Slide Tower, two-level Apple store and more.

An outdoor dining oasis, the courtyard is home to restaurants Estiatorio Ornos, Motek, Pani, Pollos & Jarras, CVI.CHE 105, Pubbelly Sushi and Tap 42 Craft Kitchen + Bar, offering a variety of global cuisines.

Estiatorio Ornos is a Greek restaurant created by award-winning chef and restauranteur Michael Mina with partners Girair “Jerry” Goumroian and Chef Nikolaos Georgousis. The 160-seat restaurant offers traditional yet flavorful Greek cuisine in an authentic environment imbued with nature and traditional interior design elements that make guests feel as though they are dining at a restaurant in Greece. Estiatorio Ornos’ menu features family-style dishes highlighting seafood, meats and vegetables, as well as three-course brunch/lunch menus, daily specials and a wood fire grill. The restaurant offers a special craft cocktail menu and features a selection of Greek spirits, wines and beers that can be enjoyed indoors or on the 1,600 square-foot patio. Pani was founded by Eliana “Pani” Trotta as a one-of-a-kind restaurant concept offering a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of global influences. After first opening in Argentina, Trotta debuted Pani’s only Florida location at Aventura Mall in late 2020. The eatery features a vibrant, eclectic aesthetic and a menu comprised of 20 cakes, a range of breakfast and lunch items, including croissants, omelets, sandwiches, salads and quiche, as well as an array of dinner options ranging from pasta and meat to fish. Each item comes with its own presentation; everything from the plates to utensils were selected by Trotta to convey the soul of her brand and enrich visitors’ social media feeds. Guests will appreciate the colorful, feminine décor highlighted by custom art pieces and wallpaper, which were created for Pani by several Argentinian artists and designers.

Motek invites patrons to transport themselves to the Middle East via authentic dishes such as falafel, hummus, shawarma, malawach and more. Offering brunch, lunch, and dinner, as well as sweets and coffee, Motek’s menu features plates both big and small, making it a great spot for shared meals. The Miami-based owners sought to elevate Miami’s fast-casual food culture by bringing genuine, thoughtful, and delicious Israeli food to everybody without ever losing touch of the importance of freshness: Motek’s menu uses only the highest quality of ingredients. Better yet, the restaurant also pleases a plethora of palates and dietary restrictions: it is kosher-style and offers a variety of vegetarian options.

CVI.CHE 105, led by award-winning Chef Juan Chipoco, is a Peruvian restaurant known for its vast selection of creative and unique ceviches, among several other traditional dishes. CVI.CHE 105 has risen to represent Peruvian gastronomy in Miami, conquering the most demanding palates locally and nationwide. The restaurant’s award-winning ceviche is often paired with one of its many traditional Peruvian dishes, such as Lomo Saltado or Ají De Gallina.

Pubbelly Sushi is one of Miami’s most dynamic restaurant concepts and a favorite among Aventura Mall visitors. The eclectic sushi spot from chef/restaurateur José Mendín features high-top tables on the outdoor patio with views of the Gorillas in the Mist fountain, along with the 93-foot-tall Aventura Slide Tower. The restaurant boasts an array of menu items, from PB Vegan Pizza to Kimchee Fried Rice. Many diners also opt for the photo-worthy Fu-Manchu cocktail or refreshing Cucumber Rehab mocktail.

Pollos & Jarras is a Peruvian restaurant concept helmed by CVI.CHE 105 Founder and Chef, Juan Chipoco. Featuring traditional cuisine with a twist, menu standouts include rotisserie chicken, a variety of ceviche dishes, grilled meats and maki rolls. Reflective of the vibrant South American county in which Chef Chipoco was born, the Pollos & Jarras restaurant aesthetic includes a mix of modern glass panels, neon posters adorned with cheeky Peruvian sayings, and wood and stone elements that create an eclectic dining experience.

Tap 42 Craft Kitchen + Bar offers abundant indoor-outdoor seating and features modern interpretations of gastropub fare, such as the Spicy Salmon Tostones, Truffle Filet Steak Sandwich and craft desserts like the Strawberry Shortcake Tres Leches edition. The Aventura location is the brand’s largest and boasts an extensive menu of 40+ beers and inventive cocktails.
