Our multilingual ambassadors provide assistance and guide guests through their shopping experience from the latest store offers, directions, reservations and an array of amenities. ATM MONEY MACHINES
ATM money machines are conveniently located at the following locations: Lower Level in front of Sunglass Hut, Lower Level near Coach, Lower Level near JCPenney, Upper Level between near Breitling, Upper Level near H&M, Third Level near H&M.
MALL SHUTTLE
Aventura Mall provides a hop-on, hop-off shuttle service throughout the Lower Level from 12pm to 9pm.
PHONE CHARGING STATIONS
Complimentary charging stations are located throughout Aventura Mall and include plug-in and USB outlets.
Chargerent stations are also available by the Aventura Mall Concierge and Lower Level Macy’s Women. Stations feature touchscreen kiosks for the rental of portable chargers for smartphones and tablets and are compatible with iPhone 5/6/6+ and most android phones and tablets.
AVENTURA MALL GIFT CARD
Aventura Mall gift cards are available for purchase at the Concierge, located on the lower level.

WI-FI
Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge. Aventura Mall enables you to connect to the internet by selecting “Aventura Mall Connect” from any common area at the Mall.
PHARMABOX VENDING MACHINES
Pharmabox provides a vending service for all of your health needs and can be located on the Third Level near AMC Theaters.
PARKING
Aventura Mall has over 10,000 parking spaces for your convenience. Complimentary parking is offered at five multi-level garages and various surface lots throughout the property.
VALET SERVICE
For a fee, valet service is available throughout select mall entrances including the Aventura Slide Tower, The Cheesecake Factory. Divieto Ristorante and Toku. On weekends, additional valet locations are available by Louis Vuitton and Serafina.
TESLA SUPERCHARGER STATIONS
