First, you must settle on your brand—Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Louboutin, Gucci—the list goes on. Then, you need to analyze every single sneaker that said brand has to offer, from the support to the stability to the specs. Let’s not forget the appeal…the shoe has got to look good and give some major street cred to anyone wearing it. All in all, sneaker shopping can be a marathon of an endeavor, and frankly it can be overwhelming. Don’t worry, we aren’t going to let you fumble your way through the Aventura Mall in pursuit of the perfect specimen. Instead, we are going to break down the best and latest in the sneaker space.
Gucci
A major sneaker collection is out now. The adidas x Gucci collaboration is back and is better than ever. Launched for the first time in 2022, this new collection celebrates the rich histories of both brands. This iteration ushers in a revamped version of one of adidas’ most iconic runners – the ZX8000. Re-envisioned with Gucci’s modern touch, the sneaker now sports the House’s vibrant color palette in sumptuous suedes with a result that is a bold fusion of classic and contemporary styles.
Louis Vuitton
This exceptional edition of the LV Trainer sneaker for men is covered with sparkling crystals, which recreate the camouflage pattern seen on the season’s ready-to-wear. This cult model was designed by Virgil Abloh, who was inspired by vintage basketball sneakers. It is characterized by its elaborately constructed upper, which takes seven hours to stitch, and innovative, gel-injected outsole. What a way to shine this spring!

Christian Louboutin
Timeless, the Fun Vieira sneaker seduces with its bold design. Fitted with a white rubber sole, this model available at Nordstrom is designed in multicolored fluo coated canvas dotted with the CL monogram for a luminous style. Nike
The sneaker giant is in the hassle mode. This spring will see the release of, in numerical order, the highly anticipated Air Jordan 2 “Lucky Green” closely followed by the clean slate “Photon Dust” Air Jordan 4. For the AJ5, “UNC” and “Aqua” set the tone for the season.

The old school New Balance 650 basketball sneaker has been appearing in versatile takes like a newly surfaced “Beige,” “Macadamia Nut,” and “White” combination. The bulk of the shoes’ uppers is clad in an off-white hue that allows for the slightest contrast to revel in the spotlight. Panels around the toe and heel, as well as at the top eyelets, opt for the darkest of the color scheme. “N” logos on the sidewalls revert to a light cream tone that matches past springtime releases from New Balance.
