Additionally, there are several ways guests can shop and experience Massimo Dutti with its app: Scan & Shop allows guests to find the products they want, scan them via the app, and add them directly to their app cart; Scan & Reserve allows guests to reserve items via the app and pick them up in-store within 24 hours; guests can also order any item from the store associates’ devices and receive the order in 48 hours either at the store or at their preferred address.

In addition to the already excellent guest service provided by Massimo Dutti’s store associates, the Aventura Mall store offers Style Advisor by Appointment. This service, available by appointment only, is for in-store visits and allows guests to experience the brand in a tailored approach, with a dedicated fitting room, refreshments, and a team of advisors to select the best pieces and accessories, personalized to the guest and their needs.

Along with the carefully curated pieces and designed space inside Massimo Dutti, another exposure point to art is present. Creativity takes center stage, and that is seen with the brand’s collaboration with Nina Johnson, a contemporary art gallery in Miami. Part of a larger brand initiative of The Art in Progress, the collaboration seeks to promote the creativity found in emerging artists from different parts of the world. The Art in Progress installation features creations from artist Dee Clements and is available to view inside Massimo Dutti.
