TOKU

Guests visiting Toku at Aventura Mall can expect a bold, modern ambiance paired with a luxurious dining experience, where world-renowned pan-Asian dishes take center stage. This August and September Toku is participating in Miami Spice, offering guests the chance to indulge in its diverse menu during brunch, lunch, and dinner. With modern Japanese, Chinese, and a touch of Thai flavors, Toku invites diners to explore its culinary artistry at any time of day.

From Ube Waffles and Chicken Katsu Benedict at brunch, to South Beach Roll and Kung Pao Shrimp at lunch, to Miso Black Cod and Jumbo Szechuan Prawns at dinner, Toku created prix fixe menus that invite guests to experience all corners of its flavor offerings—and they can finish their Miami Spice meal with a sweet selection of desserts.

Guests who visit the restaurant during August and September will also have access to this year’s Miami Spice menu which elevates the already traditionally shining experience with entirely new and creative offerings.

With lunch offerings at $30 and dinner at $60, the prix fixe menu allows guests to choose one dish from each category—appetizer, main course, and dessert. From Peking Duck Baos and Salmon Pizza to start, to the PBS Sushi Burger and Japanese Fried Chicken as your main selection, there are several enticing options to select from. Oh, and don’t forget to seal your meal with the Miso Bread Pudding or Mason Jar for dessert.

Chef Luis recommends starting with the Antipasto Misto, followed by the theatrical Ruota di Parmigiano, and finishing with a classic Tiramisu paired with a Lychee martini.

At Divieto, every dish is crafted with the warmth of a family meal, offering over 30 signature Italian dishes, from creamy Fettuccine Alfredo tossed in a Parmigiano Reggiano wheel to perfectly grilled steaks and thin-crust pizzas.
