Aventura Mall Lionel Messi Cleats Giveaway

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Aventura Mall Lionel Messi Cleats Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open to residents of the Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties Florida, aged 18 or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its advertising agencies and their immediate family and household members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Instagram.

2. Entry Period: Monday, July 15, 2024, 11:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) until Wednesday, July 17, 2024, 6:00 PM ET. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

3. How To Enter: You must have an Instagram Account with the profile set to “public”. To enter, you must FOLLOW @AventuraMall on Instagram, FOLLOW @MasterCardLATAM on Instagram, LIKE the Promotion post, USE #AventuraGiveaway, and TAG two friends, and provide your favorite Messi moment to receive one (1) entry into a random drawing for the specified prize. Limit one entry per person. Text and data rates may apply.

3. Prize Details: One (1) Winner will receive a pair of cleats signed by Lionel Messi. Estimated value of prize is $4000.00 USD. No substitution or cash redemption of a prize allowed except at discretion of Sponsor. Prize is awarded “AS IS“ without any representation or warranty.

4. Drawing and Awarding of Prize(s)/Odds: Sponsor will select Winner at random from among all eligible entries received. Selection will take place on or about July 18, 2024. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Potential Winner will be notified by Direct Message on or about July 19, 2024, and will be asked to provide a valid email address to validate their win and obtain prize fulfillment information. Winner’s name will be published on @AventuraMall Instagram stories within 48 hours of notification and verification. In addition, Winner’s name and photograph may be featured on Aventura Mall social media channels on or about August 2, 2024 or following the date of obtaining the prize. In the event Sponsor is unable to reach a potential Winner within 48 hours, or if potential Winner fails to respond to Sponsor’s email notification within the time period specified in the email, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Winner and draw another potential Winner’s name. If Prize remains unclaimed after Sponsor’s reasonable attempts to award the Prize, the Prize will not be awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled within fourteen days after Winner validation. Winner is responsible for all taxes associated with receipt of prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, city, state, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any and all media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

5. Terms and Conditions: By participating, entrant agrees (i) to release and hold Sponsor, prize provider and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), harmless against any and all claims and liability arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Giveaway, or the use or misuse, of any prize; (ii) that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Miami FL; (iii) to waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter; and (iv) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, delayed or undelivered entries or communications, for network, platform, technical, communications, hardware or software malfunctions or any failures of any kind which may hinder or limit an individual’s ability to participate or claim a prize; or for any typographical, human or other error of any kind arising in connection with the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion, if any fraud, virus, actions by entrants, technical or other errors or problems, or any other occurrence corrupts or affects the administration, integrity, security, or proper execution of the Promotion.

6. Winners List: Winner’s name will be published on @AventuraMall Instagram stories no later than July 19, 2024.

7. Privacy Policy: We do not collect any information from you unless you are a winner. This information is covered by our privacy policy, which can be found at www.aventuramall.com/MessiCleatGiveaway. Please note that the privacy policy of Instagram will apply to your use of their platform.
