Calling all sweet tooths! Aventura Mall recently welcomed a beloved local, hand-crafted and high-end frozen treats establishment: Cielito Artisan Pops!
With whimsical, Instagram-worthy designs and more than 40 delicious flavors each week, Cielito Artisan Pop’s rotating menu and flavors will keep you coming back for more … and more … and more. Each pop is hand-crafted daily in small batches and features locally sourced ingredients. The Cielito team creates every filling, jam and baked good in-house with fresh in-season fruits, vegetables and herbs.
Come for the delicious treats; stay for the art and décor! As dreamy as el cielo itself, Cielito’s décor is a bright and creative visual and sensory experience, from the moment you enter to the second you take your first bite. From kitchen faucets pouring chocolate (yes, you read that correctly), to a toppings bar with a variety of tempting options, to meringue that can be flamed to order with a blowtorch, we mean it when we say you’re in for a treat. The establishment also features a wall of, dare we say, “pop” art, designed by South Florida artists.
Founder and owner Sindy Posso channeled her passion for design and baking into Cielito Artisan Pops. Surrounded by a family of bakers during her childhood in Colombia, she keeps Cielito in the family, working alongside her husband, mother and father to incorporate decades-old family recipes, which customers can view through the shop’s large window. The transparency and openness are true to the Cielito name.
“We are very excited to share our passion for healthy, creative and tasty treats with Aventura,” said Sindy Posso, who launched Cielito in 2017. “Our Aventura location will exude a family-friendly (and dog-friendly!) ambiance and artsy feel.”
Better yet, the pops are available to eat in, take-out or ship nationwide as a gift on dry ice! A crafted mobile cart can even take Cielito on the road for special events and activities.

Creamy Pops Cielito prepares and pasteurizes their own ice cream base in-house, creating custom mixes for individualized flavors using hormone-free dairy, egg yolks and cane sugar – no artificial products, gums or stabilizers
Custom Pops Using Cielito’s Bean to Bar Chocolate, you can get creative and add toppings to create your own pop with organic sprinkles, vegan marshmallows, caramelized cocoa beans, sliced almonds and more!
Doggy Pops 100% pet friendly, Cielito welcomes four-legged customers too with dog-friendly ice pops. We couldn’t ask for more!
As for Sindy’s favorite? She loves the Bomba (vanilla ice cream with homemade brownie chunks, in-house baked meringues and dulce de leche swirls), Pineapple Jalapeño (a sweet and spicy mix of tajin, fresh pineapple and sliced, fresh-cut jalapeño) and beautiful Raspberry Kiwi – and is most excited about the upcoming Halloween-themed treats!
