Here are a couple of our recently opened Miami-based dining establishments and two famous restaurants debuting in 2022:
Admired for its flavorful Mediterranean fare, family-owned Motek Café invites patrons to transport themselves via authentic dishes such as falafel, hummus, shawarma, malawach and more. Motek is now open in the Outdoor Courtyard near the Aventura Slide Tower.

Founded in 1993 by Mario Laufer, who was passionate about cooking simple and healthy dishes with a lot of taste, Carrot Express has grown into a beloved South Florida spot for fresh, handcrafted food made with natural, high-quality ingredients.
