Montblanc: What Moves You, Makes You

Since 1906, Montblanc has set the standard for luxury pens, watches, jewelry, and leather goods. Now, to capture the attention and imagination of the next generation, the luxury brand has launched a bold, new brand campaign – What Moves You, Makes You. It brings to life Montblanc’s mission to inspire people to express their full potential on their own terms and celebrate those who have found success by following their passion.

To bring this initiative to life, Montblanc recruited three exceptional individuals, known as “Mark Makers,” who are redefining what success means today. The campaign captures the inspiring journeys of Academy Award-winning screenwriter and filmmaker Spike Lee, actor Taron Egerton, and actor and school founder Chen Kun.

“With this new campaign, we are engaging with a new global generation of leaders and professionals, inspiring them to achieve their full potential as they journey through a life led by passion,” says Vincent Montalescot, Montblanc Executive Vice President of Marketing. “It expresses a new aspiration to live a life where the professional and personal don’t compete with each other but enrich one another. While at different stages in their careers, the three creative catalysts we are spotlighting are living proof that following what moves you, ultimately leads you to a place of fulfilment and success.”

The integrated campaign highlights the Mark Makers’ authentic, real stories and unique perspectives through a series of films, print, digital, out-of-home, and social content. Each Mark Marker is celebrated in a 60-second film, which reflects their authentic journey. Viewers can hear Spike Lee speaking passionately about his love for Brooklyn, Taron Egerton talking about his career journey while heading to New York City, and Chen Kun recalling memories of the young actors at an acting school he founded called ‘The Dome Studio.’

Montblanc is located on the Lower Level near Macy’s Women’s.
