The Burberry channel, a big improvement from the desktop or mobile stream, promises to keep the fashion house’s fans with up-to-date developments as well as a slew of on-brand programming like video exclusives, tutorials and musical showcases.
This is the latest in a Burberry series of digital partnerships with the tech giant that goes back to a previous collaboration in 2013 when the house partnered with Apple to showcase its spring/summer 2014 collections through images and video captured on the new iPhone 5S before they made their way down the catwalk. In September 2015, that activation was followed by a project that turned Apple Music channel into a platform for British musicians backed by the brand.
Continuing with its pioneering ways, Burberry also streamed the fashion show and campaign shoot on Snapchat, providing fans with unprecedented behind the scenes access.
