Emack & Bolio’s is a gourmet ice cream brand with a rich history rooted in the rock-n-roll music scene. Originally founded in 1975 as a post-concert hangout for music stars like Steven Tyler, James Brown and Al Green, the popular chain has since expanded and become known for its indulgent menu offerings. Served in colorful cones, unique, enticing flavors like vegan Koa Mango, “Beantown Buzz” – espresso ice cream with cookie crunch & chocolate covered espresso beans – are among the menu standouts.
Emack & Bolio’s is located on the lower level next to Zara.
Pani is an Argentinian bakery and café offering delectable, authentic treats, sandwiches and more. With locations in Buenos Aires and Lima, Peru, the café is a South American staple that is bringing its first U.S. location to Aventura Mall. Healthy options such as “Eggavocado” toast and veggie salads are among the café’s lighter fare, while indulgent bakery items like dulce de leche, waffles con crema and alfajor de maicena will satisfy any sweet tooth.
Pani will open in August and is located in the outdoor area of the new wing, next to Aventura Slide Tower.
ArtPie was founded by Monique Font Delacroix, an accomplished French and Italian pastry chef who has revolutionized the concept of the meat pie since 2005. The restaurant offers more than 35 flavors and combinations, including vegan and vegetarian options – such as the “Audrey Hepburn,” which includes mushrooms and a blend of secret seasoning – as well as traditional meat pies with delectable fillings like crème patisserie, chorizo, and organic turkey. Each pastry is handmade using high-quality, organic ingredients and pairs well with the café’s specialty coffee, wine, beer and other natural beverages.
ArtPie is scheduled to open this Summer and will be located on the lower level near JCPenney.
