Eating healthier is all about moderation, not deprivation, so go ahead and satisfy your sweet tooth! And even though you don’t need it, we’re giving you permission to go all out and #TreatYourself… because there’s always room for a little indulgence every now and again!

Check out our list of must-try treats from some of our favorite eateries.  Tempting sweets are begging to be eaten around nearly every corner.

Amazonica offers a variety of exotic treats that will transport your taste buds to a tropical paradise. The Colombian-inspired eatery is best known for its Instagram-worthy Cholado, which is essentially a cross between a frozen dessert beverage and a fruit cocktail. The flavorful cups are made with shaved ice, fresh fruit, an all-natural fruit puree, and a variety of toppings. Try the Passion of the Mango Cholado, made with passion fruit puree, pineapple, tamarind, and tajín.

If you prefer to create your own treat, Morelia Gourmet Paletas is the place for you. Made with all-natural ingredients, Morelia’s handcrafted, gourmet popsicles come in flavors such as pineapple-mint, strawberry, lime, Sicilian pistachio, and Greek yogurt with wild berries. If calories don’t count because it’s #CheatDay, go all out and submerge your paleta in the sauce of your choice – we suggest crunchy hazelnut or cookie butter – before rolling it in a variety of indulgent toppings, from coconut, almonds and peanuts to rainbow sprinkles and chocolate chips.

Rooted in the French culinary tradition, Little Brittany Creperie offers a variety of sweet and savory crepes that are made to order and always served piping hot. If you’re searching for a lighter option, we recommend the subtly sweet strawberry and blackberry crepe, topped with a delicate dollop of fresh cream.

Who knew you could enjoy a guilt-free dessert at an Italian bakery? While Rosetta Bakery is known for its indulgent sweets, like Nutella Bomboloni, you may be surprised to discover they also offer healthier treats that are just as tasty. From iced lattes to handmade fruit crostadas, there are plenty of options to keep your health kick on track all season long.

Sometimes #SelfCare calls for a nostalgic getaway, complete with a creamy scoop of ice cream. Luckily, Kilwins will whisk you away to a vintage ice cream parlor with sweet concoctions. Step into the shop to experience freshly baked waffle cones, handmade fudge, and delicious caramel popcorn. Our favorite indulgent treat? The “Nutcracker Sweet” popcorn or a traditional hot fudge sundae.

Take a mental break and enjoy the simple things in life. Our suggestion? A bowl of Häagen-Daz ice cream, such as the indulgent Caramelized Banana Split. Made with Rum Raisin ice cream and topped with salted caramel sauce, it is the perfect “sweet escape.”

An Aventura Market staple for over five years, El Coco Loco Frio has been a favorite among guests for its signature coconut water and fresh, organic fruits. In the mood for a healthy and delicious treat? Pick up a 16- or 32-ounce container of your favorite tropical fruit. If you’d rather indulge in a sweeter alternative, try the Cocada, a thick and delicious shake made with Venezuelan coconut and condensed milk.

On its own, ice cream is a beloved and classic treat, especially when Emack & Bolio’s scoops up sky high stacked cones with fun flavors like Space Cake and Trippin’ On Espresso. Add a cereal base and toasted marshmallow topper, and you’ve reached peak #dessertgoals.
