Sugar Factory Dishes and Desserts

Sweets and celebrities? Say no more. Sugar Factory American Brasserie – the celebration destination that gained global fandom thanks to its towering, TikTok-worthy desserts, and famous fans like the Kardashians and Jenners – officially opened its newest Miami location here at Aventura Mall … and, yes, we’re salivating.

Celebrating 12 years, the high-energy, full-service restaurant, café, and confectionary shop offers guests a memorable and Instagrammable family-friendly experience.

Here’s What You Can Expect:

Upon arriving at Sugar Factory American Brasserie Aventura, pose next to the custom ‘I Heart MIA’ installation located at the outside entrance. Designed by local visual artist Jenny Perez, the unique piece is her first sculpture and “a tribute to South Florida, featuring my signature female figure overlooking the city.”

Stepping inside the 7,000 square foot space, you’ll be greeted by Sugar Factory’s signature, vibrant and over-the-top décor, including life-size flower walls with neon artwork, LED screens, the instantly recognizable floor-to-ceiling dot wall, and a glamorous ‘Pretty in Pink’ private dining room that seats up to 24. The aesthetic continues all throughout the indoor and covered outdoor dining areas, giving you plenty of space to capture sweet social content. Wrap up your visit at Sugar Factory’s signature candy retail store for an extra treat.

Dishes We’re Drooling Over:

Offering brunch, lunch and dinner, Sugar Factory’s photo-worthy dishes include the Insane Double Stack Rainbow Pancakes, drizzled with warm maple syrup and topped with rich chocolate chips, chewy gummy bears, fresh strawberries and whipped cream with rainbow sprinkles; The Big Cheesy Burger, an Angus beef burger topped with melted white cheddar, creamy mac & cheese and bacon, served with BBQ sauce on a toasted potato bun; Sugar Factory Rainbow Sliders, served on colorful buns with American cheese, pickles, crispy onions, signature sauce and a complimentary duck to take home; and Fettuccine Alfredo, made with fresh garlic, butter, cream, and parmesan cheese.

Decadent Desserts Worthy of the ‘Gram:

There’s no shortage of decadent, see-it-to-believe-it desserts. We can’t wait to try Sugar Factory’s Insane Milkshakes, including the Giggles Snickers Milkshake, Princess Make A Wish, and Bacon Cheeseburger Milkshake, all lavishly decorated and served in chocolate-covered mugs. Celebrating with a group? Don’t miss out on the sensational King Kong Sundae, which serves up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream covered with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce and giant swirl pops.

Celeb-Approved Cocktails:

The restaurant’s elevated bar seating provides full menu service complete with Sugar Factory’s signature alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets (all of which can be served without alcohol) such as the popular Lollipop Passion goblet, garnished with lollipops and candy necklaces.

Additionally, Sugar Factory’s cocktail menu includes several celebrity influences. A few we recommend: the Watermelon Mojito, featuring Pitbull’s Voli 305 vodka and sour watermelon gummies; The Cali Love Goblet, featuring Kendall Jenner’s 818 Tequila; Bruno Mars’ Watermelon Piña Colada and Mai Tai, made with SelvaRey Rum; Nick Jonas and John Varvatos’ Strawberry Cadillac Reposado Margarita, made with Villa One Tequila; and The Drake, crafted with his Virginia Black Whiskey.
