Aventura Mall Welcomes the Little Beet to Treats Food Hall

Trópico Cuban Kitchen to Debut this Spring; Guy Fieri’s Chicken Guy! to Debut this Summer

AVENTURA, FLA. – April 15, 2019 – Aventura Mall has announced three new eateries at its Treats Food Hall – The Little Beet, Trópico Cuban Kitchen and Chicken Guy! – further expanding its selection of dining options.

Located on the third level of the new wing, Treats Food Hall features an eclectic collection of local and national dining concepts. Enhanced by dramatic views and illuminated by natural light, Treats Food Hall offers abundant communal seating, including intimate banquettes and shared bar tables. Guests can also enjoy outdoor patio seating and oversized classic games, including chess and Jenga.

The Little Beet was founded in 2014 with one simple philosophy: to serve real food deliciously. The brand offers a variety of healthy and flavorful gluten-free dishes consisting of locally, seasonally and naturally sourced ingredients from trusted farms and food purveyors. A variety of coveted dishes provides patrons with options to please every palette and dietary discretion. Popular menu items range from Yuzu Poke Bowls and Chef Made Bowls to a Make Your Own Plate concept, which includes a choice of three vegetables, one protein, a sauce and garnish. This opening marks the eatery’s first Florida location and its tenth overall. The Little Beet is now open.

Trópico Cuban Kitchen is a Cuban eatery led by former investment banker Roger Duarte and James Beard Award Nominee Chef Sam Gorenstein. As the third community-focused concept from its beloved Miami culinary portfolio, the brand pays homage to Calle Ocho, the heavily Cuban community nestled in Miami’s Little Havana district. Guests can expect a selection of traditional and authentic Cuban dishes, including Vaca Frita, Ropa Vieja, Churrasco and Frijoles Negros. Trópico Cuban Kitchen is set to open this spring.

Chicken Guy! is a fast-casual, cult-followed concept hatched by Celebrity Chef Guy Fieri and Restauranteur Robert Earl. The eatery is centered around its hand-pounded chicken tenders, which are made with all-natural and antibiotic free chicken brined in lemon juice, pickle brine and buttermilk, and infused with a proprietary blend of herbs and spices. Additionally, the brand offers a selection of 22 signature sauces, as well as popular sandwiches and salad bowls, and hand-spun desserts. Chicken Guy! is set to open this summer.

Additional Treats Food Hall eateries include Shake Shack, ZUUK Mediterranean Kitchen, Poke 305, Figs Pizza + Pasta Bar by Todd English, Luke’s Lobster, GoGo Fresh, Chipotle Mexican Grill, The BŌL, Little Brittany Creperie and Häagen Dazs.

“Treats Food Hall continues to offer a dynamic, immersive experience with a blend of international favorites and unique, independent brands,” said Jackie Soffer, Chair and CEO of Turnberry, Owner and Manager of Aventura Mall. “We’re excited to welcome these two highly anticipated eateries to our exceptional lineup.”
