This March, Eataly will celebrate its annual “Restaurant Fest” with a limited-edition program that honors the art of fresh pasta making. Each day, Eataly’s in-house pasta makers – or pastai – expertly transform simple, high-quality ingredients (just water, flour, and eggs) into intricate pasta shapes inspired by the rich traditions of every Italian region.
Served from marketplace to Eataly’s restaurants, guests can explore the unique variations of fresh pasta with a $26 two-course menu experience. Running from March 5 through March 29 at La Pizza & La Pasta, highlights include a tasting trio of Spaghetto Fresco Cacio e Pepe, Ravioli di Barbabietola, and Gnoccho di Patate con Zucca e Fonduta, or a choice of one fresh pasta dish paired with a seasonal bite.
