“Fresh and radiant” was the word at Michael Kors. “The look is about bronze, matte skin. A believable warmth is created with Michael Kors Bronzer in Glow, a universal shade," said makeup artist Dick Page in a press release. Tommy Hilfiger took the direction up a notch by upping the bronzer factor by 100.

For Marchesa, Burberry and Victoria Beckham the pucker was a focal point. At Marchesa the lips were lined with MAC's Pro Longwear Lip Pencil in fuchsia and layered with a matte pink lipstick. The iconic lipstick shade Oxblood set a very audacious tone at Burberry. Beckham followed suit with an orange matte lipstick against dewy skin envisioned by make-up artist Pat McGrath.

Some throwbacks reigned supreme, most notably at Emilio Pucci, Chloe, Roberto Cavalli and DVF. The 90’s grunge at Pucci (courtesy of MAC) was a statement with a "worn in for days" eye makeup look by way of a kohl liner applied on the top and bottom of the eyes. Cavalli’s girl was celebrating the 80’s with lots of shimmer and rim lined eyes. So was Chloe’s. Aquamarine eye shadow and side-pinned curls were not only a celebration of the 70’s but also Diane von Furstenberg herself, who inspired the whole presentation.

At Missoni, Prada and Max Mara the approach was about the unconventional. A “sporty-tribal” at Missoni was achieved with bright eyes in various eye shadow shades including white, cyan blue, turquoise and primary yellow. Striking gold lips had everyone talking at Prada. And makeup artist Tom Pecheux transformed the models' brows into amazing graphic shapes of orange and green for a bold beauty look at Max Mara.

Finally, for a little extra oomph Louis Vuitton fêted bold beauty with exaggerated lash look and miniature plaits woven into the models' long locks. At Dolce&Gabbana the gorgeous factor was through the roof. The makeup look was about luminous skin, soft feline eyes and plump lips, all offset by messy updos adorned with headscarves, headbands and crows.
