Back of House Advisers

Description

Our Back of House Advisor cover a number of areas including the stockroom, administration and the cash office. Their main purpose is to ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so our customers get a great shopping experience.

Sales Advisers

Description

Sales Advisers work as a team to create a genuine experience for customers by being ambassadors for the Brand. Utilizing the Brand’s service vision, Sales Advisers inspire the customers by demonstrating how to wear the product and by genuinely sharing their passion and knowledge about the styles and trends.

Team Leads

Description

Team Leads support the management team to coach and manage the Sales Advisor teams. Spending at least 80% of their time on the
sales floor the Team Leads drive the experience for both team members and customers. Through role modeling great customer service and selling skills the Team Leads drive the team to deliver the Brand’s service vision impacting positively on all Key Performance Indicators.

Qualifications

  • 1 – 2 years of supervisor experience or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills Enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever changing climate
  • Strong focus on leading the team to drive success across a range of key performance indicators
  • Excited by having the opportunity to identify solutions to operational, product and team challenges
  • Role model exceptional internal and external customers service
  • Open Availability to suit the business needs (including weekends and occasional nights)
  • Have an infinity with the Brand identity
