Artpie is Chef Monique Font Delacroix's signature savory pastry. Following her studies in France and Italy where she became a pastry chef, Monique started making Artpies at her restaurant in Key Biscayne, Florida over 18 years ago. They rapidly became the star of the menu, and that is how Artpie was born. Monique introduced a series of innovations to the product, from vegan dough, multiple flavor profiles, and outstanding presentation to each and every one of the Artpies. Besides featuring delicious and organic ingredients, all pastries are named after iconic historic women such as Mata Hari, Coco Chanel, and Josephine Baker. Today, Artpie has more than 36 flavors, the ingredients are organic, and the presentation is unique. The Artpie Aventura café is a celebration of the ethos behind Artpie. Each piece of furniture is either vintage or antique as a commitment to honor other people's history and to encourage recycling and sustainability.
